Patriot Financial Usa Announces Free Mortgage Services For Veteran Families Of Iraq War
Patriot Financial USA, Inc., announced today that it is helping families of U.S. veterans who have served in by covering all home mortgage finance or refinance costs for one family every month.Beginning May 1, 2005 in California, Michigan, Ohio and Colorado, the mortgage broker at http://www.PatriotUS.com will choose one military family seeking mortgage financing or refinancing every month and process the mortgage for free. The financing for the military families in those states will be done at Patriot Financial's lowest available wholesale rates, which are mostly unobtainable by the general public without paying points and fees. Patriot Financial will not make a penny on the transactions and the families will have no closing costs.Patriot, in order to honor the sacrifices many veterans have made since U.S. forces entered in 2003, will cover all expenses related to the mortgage transaction, including appraisal and credit reports, title insurance and other settlement fees. The new program by Patriot for patriots is expected to save each military family chosen thousands of dollars in mortgage financing costs."Our goal is to do something for our veterans that really helps their financial situation," said Michael Foote, CEO and co-founder of Patriot Financial USA, Inc. Returning veterans are eligible as well as current service members and those who have had a family member die of injuries sustained in Iraq.Not all applicants will qualify, and families must still qualify for the financing through Patriot's verification of the property, the families' income and credit. All types of credit will be considered.This special program is only available for veterans' families in the states of California, Michigan, Ohio and Colorado although the company expects to offer the monthly award in Massachusetts and Minnesota in the coming months.
